beginning of a GSM Frame

Hello,
I am working on a project regarding GSM, I am receiving the GSM signal in a speatrum analyzer and recording the signal from there and processing it in MATLAB, could someone help me as to how I can find the point where the 8-timeslot frame begins

I read the spec, I am still a little unclear...do you mean I should use the timing alignment between symbols as mentioned on page 13 of this document...
