what are- the take care of points- about battery powered low power circuits. i want to use rechargeable lityum 3.6V cell-phone batteries.i have got one 1600mAh

my curcuit has 8 leds (8x5mA=40mA)

and i want to use a microcontreller which oparates at range 3- 3.6 volts

also my circuit has irda interface , rs232 port and buzzer

total power consumption at 3.3V (about 70mA) 230mW

when i have got 3.3Volt static Vcc , there is no problem,
but i want to use battery. and batteries voltage changeable depending on current and time. i want to work circuit 20 hours non-stop with cell-phone battery,
im waiting for your suggestions..(and sorry for my english)
