hi all,

I have a battery monitoring circuit with PMOS irlml6402 and a voltage divider circuit.I am trying to read the battery voltage with voltage divider. But MOSFET is not turning off when gate input in about 3.3V. Please give your valuable suggestions. I have attached the circuit.

Thanks and regards,
Lok

To shut off a P-device, apply the same voltage to its gate as the voltage of its power supply. In this case it appears to be 4.2V. Therefore 3.3V is not able to turn it off.
