I tried to design a circuit that turns on a diode when the output of a low effect board has a voltage of +2.5V and only the possibility to deliver 10micro amps

My solution is built on voltage division but the diode does not turn on.
Can anyone please send their schematic for solving this problem?

Best regars
Mike
