what is basi diff b/w ulsi & vlsi
when do v use ulsi and when vlsi

It is the measure and degree of complexity, it begin from early SSI, to VLSI and ULSI, and the current degree I sense is GLSI.

If u check any digital electrnics textbook
they classify SSI,MSI,LSI on basis of the number of transistors.. I guess above 10,000 tansistors its called VLSI... After that people started name ULSI WSI... but still the popular name is VLSI.. even for chips with billion transistors...

First they started with micro level and now they have gone through nano level......during the journey from micro through nano they have given seperate names and it carries no significance except for the density of transistors.
