Hello EDA fellows,
Can you recommend me a bandgap voltage reference circuit that has 1.2V output and
can properly operate with a VDD from 2.7V to 5.5V?
Any good papers will be highly appreciated.
A shunt reference can be very tolerant of wide swings in the raw
supply, drawback being a limited drive capability. A simple resistor
feed means no voltage division / standoff problems in low voltage
technologies. Of course if you wanted micropower baseline and
mA of drive you'd need a different plan....
