Hi all,

I designed bandgap reference with the following specifications.
Supply 1.2V
Ref voltage 600mV
Power consumption <10uA
temp coefficient <50ppm/C
Design is completed and met above mentioned specifications.

Now I am doing stability analysis. For this I chose .tran analysis with supply rise time as 1u. I am getting oscillations. :( System is not stable.
Can any one pl guide me, how to compensate the band-gap reference? How should I proceed for the same.

Implemented achitecture: A CMOS Bandgap Reference Circuit with sub 1-V Operation by Hironori Banda, May 1999.
It would be very helpful, If you could share some information/papers/docs in this.

thank you.

regards,
Subhash C
