Can band pass filter work as mid frequency filter ?
frequency fh is given 5 KHz.

 

I don't understand what you mean by mid frequency filter... if it is about a single frequency pass filter then yes it exists search narrow band pass filters

It isn't a "mid-frequency filter". The mid-band gain is 5 - that defines the ratio of the two resistors. The two capacitors will then be chosen to give the 500Hz and 5kHz cut-off frequencies.
