please can some one suggest a good book for this topic "Balanced Low Noise Amplifier based on BFP405 transistor".
I have 3 days to finished it.
 

You did not say any important details: gain, frequency response and power supply voltage.
In Google there are hundreds of articles about a balanced transistor amplifier. The datasheet for the transistor has its specifications. Then simply design a circuit.
 

With no specifications then you can make a low frequency amplifier with low gain. Then the microwaves function of the transistor will not be used.
