Any idea why Lee and Baker have different formulas for MOSFET capacitance calculations?
Lee 2nd edition p 177
Baker revised second edition p 135
for example Cgs:
Baker:
2/3 W*L*C'ox
Lee:
2/3 Cgc + Cov
