You can easily construct RFID Coils in AWR MWO using Microstrip component Spiral models usch as
Rectangular Microstrip Inductor without Bridge (EM Quasi-Static): MRINDNBR....
See the attached document for more details on how the coil is generated & can be simulated...
You can extract this to EM structure for accurate modelling....
Your EM extraction setup is wrong, first of all set up the dimension units to um instead of mm & try to use the MRINDNBR model and also make sure your schematic has MSUB, EXTRACT, STACKUP, blocks placed as shown in the attached picture & then do EM extraction & simulate for antenna analysis....

The question now,,if I now Here are some of reel change, then stops working,I need something bigger coil working as antenna coil.

You can create two coils in one schematic & add the MGAP element with the coils spcing i.e. distance between the coils & properly arrange the layout & then finally extract as EM structure....
I have created two schematics one a single coil antenna for EM extraction & the other two coils for coupling analysis with 5mm spacing as an example...
