Hi,
I'm trying to design an amplifier and I am running simulations using AWRs Microwave Office. I have got a transistor from avago and copied and pasted the s-parameters into microwave office. I am having trouble designing the input and matching circuits. I have used several calculations but when I simulate it, I don't get any good gain. Could anyone help please?

If you put in your design an existing model from Avago (from MWO library) do you get good results?

The transistor is unstable at the frequency I was aiming to design at. Rookie mistake! thanks anyway.
