Dear All

I have a slight problem in my design, I am trying to design a 25W PA from 10MHz to 512MHz and did some AWR simulation, Steps are given below

1- IV Curve to bias point
2- Stabilize FET
3- Find input impedance and its conjugate
4- Do Load Pull measurement using AWRDE Load-Pull wizard

now after doing all that I got input impedance that I used in the input TUNER in AWRDE and also got output impedance that I used in the output TUNER in AWRDE but I am not getting the required gain and power. I know I am doing something silly but lake of experience is a great hurdle to cross, so I am hoping that one of you gurus will kindly help.

I have attached is simulation file and also the required model to simulate it, its CREE CGH40025F 25W GaN device.

Looking forward to hearing from you good people soon. I am running against the time to meet the project deadline with little experience, so your prompt help will be highly appreciated.

Many thanks
