AVRStudio compatible AtMega16 programmer??

bsd programmer for atmega16

Hi,
Is there any free schematic of AtMega16 programmer (compatible with AVRStudio)? I mean no extra software would be needed to program that device.

I use ere programmer, www.ere.co.th . I think, It is low cost, you don't make by yourself.
