What is the status of Availability and price of AT-MEGA Chips in India and from where you sources ??

I guess you live in Bangalore. All the electronic components are cheaper in B'lore than any other city in South India.

As far as i know the price of AVR's is started going down.

Last week one of my friends got M8 for Rs.110 in Chennai which was not available for a long time even for Rs.180.

yes i am from Bangalore i am looking for the chip of more than 32Kb, 64 pin TQFP package like Atmega64 / Atmega128
