can anyone please give circuit diagram to prepare fuse doctor by myself.
also can anyone attach pictorial view to program fuse bits of ponyprog2000 for external oscillator of 12mhz

The fuses are described in the datasheet.

Programmed is 0 and is shown as checked in ponyprog
Unprogrammed is 1 and is shown as unchecked in ponyprog

which device are you asking for?
