automatic baud rate detection

Hai,

i am working with radio for that i need to interface the radio with my controller through RS-232 for data communication. then it will convert and transmit signals through air in the other end i will have another radio i will receive with my second controller.i am able to transfer with this setup when i know the baud rate of the radio.

but the thing is the baud rate of the 2 radios can be changed(both equal). but it is not known for the controllers at two ends.hence i have to identify the baud rate of the radios at my two ends then only i will be able to transfer data .can you give me any idea how to proceed it.

Regards
