Hi everyone . can you help me ?.
I would like to build a small wireless hifi audio system (no Bluetooth) without cables.
a pair of audio speakers that receive the audio file from the mobile phone using direct wifi p2p technology and then send the signal to a DAC via I2S and from this to an amplifier.
is there anything that does this exclusively at the hardware level without firmware, operating system and media player?

From what I understand, the module once that was programmed don't need any extra software to work.

This option requires writing some firmware:
Probably something like esp8266 + cheapest STM32 with i2c port and communicating with esp8266

Once you have audio files, any kind of system will be needed.
Anything other than that should be made upon specifications.
