what is the difference between audio and voice ??

Voice is audio.

Or, if you mean how is speech different from music, as seen using digital sound processing software...

* Speech has short bursts of signal (words, syllables), with a short silence in between each burst.

* Speech has a fundamental frequency in a range of a couple octaves. Women's voices are higher pitched than men's.
