Atmel 89C55 replacement

Hi,
I want to replace 89C55 (20k ROM) in my project with other microcontroller which has more program memory. Does anybody know any MCU with the same package type and pinout.

I use P89C51RD2, P89V51RD2 from Philips.
 

Or the same from Atmel (AT89C51ED2).

You can use Philips P89C66x (x=2, 4, 6, 8 )

662 - 16k Flash, 256 bytes of RAM, 256 bytes of XRAM
664 - 32k Flash, 256 bytes of RAM, 768 bytes of XRAM
666 - 64k Flash, 256 bytes of RAM, 1792 bytes of XRAM
668 - 64k Flash, 256 bytes of RAM, 7936 bytes of XRAM
