ATMEGA16 Based Moving Message Display LEDs Please HELP!!

Hi Everybody
I want to design a project with Proteus. It's ATMEGA16 based LED moving message display. Could anyone help me on this or do you have any Code or schematic and HEX file to use in Proteus?

But how many 7segment are you using. Why you use Proteus for that?
