AT91SAM9260: TCM & PIO ports, will using TCM speed-up port access?

I'm using AT91SAM9260 (926ej-s) with PCK at 200MHz and MCK at 100MHz.

Every write to PIO ports (PIOA - PIOC) takes 50 ns, which is too long for me.
Is it possible to accelerate this port access using TCM (or anything else)?
