AT89S52 and ISP Programming

The circuit has to be built exactly as it is on the schematic diagram ( file: SCHEMATIC.pdf ).
As you can see, the microcontroller will be connected to Vcc via transistor Q1 ...
It will happen automatically, when the software is running ...

transistor bc557 == the voltage regulator 7805?

Also all I got is crystal 11.059 MHZ is that ok?

1) the whole circuit should have regulated 5V, so using 7805 should be OK.
You still though need Q1 as the Vcc switch ..

2)11MHz clockl will be to fast; these programmers use 4MHz crystals ..

Thnx for your help but I setup the circuit as shown above. But when I try to erase/program at89s52 I get this screen

use follow connection with the avr isp.

Try reducing the programming speed.
