AT89C52 Flash Memory Reading ?

Hi,

I am designing a programmer for AT89Cxx microcontrollers.
I build the program and erase functions but i failed with the "Read" :-(
I used the datasheet but without any success.
Can anyone explain the step sequence for reading a byte at a certain adress ?

Xess software includes VC++ source code for LPT port! You can use it for your purpose! Good luck

I don's ask for reading a byte from LPT.
I ask for reading a byte from the flash memory of AT89C52.

hi

here is the code and info how you do that this code was modified code of atmel programmer

i think you are doing some thing wrong for reading you must high rst for 5v not for 12v

any see the attach c code complete code with exe file may help you

also see the data sheet inside this archive
