Astable multivibrator producing a distorted square wave at high frequency

how should i design an astable multivibrator circuit which does not produce a triangular wave at 15000Hz

use CD4047 Oscillator and if you need pwm chip use KA3525....

thanks man but I am refering to multivibrator circuit which would have been constructed using an op amp .How would I correct this
