assura run failed ,why

LOG Shows

Capgen results will be written to directory: /export/home/tata/assura01/TEST03
*FATAL* FAILED ASSERTION at "capgen": lost layer paxgate
quitting.
 

assura run failed ,why

because of paxcoeff file is not there
