assistance to incorporate polarization charge in structure?

I am working on GaN based LED devices in SILVACO ATLAS platform. I need assistance to incorporate polarization charge in the structure. Though I have gone through a lot of articles about how to calculate the charge but I am not finding how to get it in the device.

You can use
model polarization calc.strain polar.scale
now you get the spontaneous and piezoelectric polarization in the lower text window
