asm file is not compiled

Hi all ,
I have one asm file and can't compile it
Information :
IDE : MPLAB IDE 8.73
Microcontroller : PIC16F639
ToolChain : HighTech 9.83

I've attached the project that I've made
When compiling it gives this error on the lines that #include is written (like #include P16F636.INC):
#include syntax error

You have to use MPASM Toolsuite.
