Hi,
I'm doing school project on modelling/simulation of integrated multi-finger metal capacitor. I'd like to get any information and useful referances, like journals, theories, links.
I'll also be doing HFSS simulation of the intrametal capacitance of these capacitors. Please advice what are the scopes of learning and analysis that i should be doing, such as S-parameters, C vs freq, etc.
