Hi friends

can any one plz tell me how to simulate, the ASK modulator circuit used in the 13.56 MHz RFID TAG

Don't understand, what's your particular simulation problem?

please mention which rfid standard are you using if it is s50 then i may help...
if it is simulation give more detail about the circuit and your question

Since tags at 13.5MHz are considered to be LF and as such mainly inductive. Supply a sinusoidal signal to the input labeled Ub (upper left). This will couple some energy to the tag (right hand side of the image, after the inductor).

To perform ASK the IC in the tag changes the impedance 'seen' by the signal from the interrogator. As such by switching the transistor at the bottom right the signal cannot be coupled as efficiently as such producing a variation in amplitude.

Hope this helps,
Cheers
