Hello I am trying to implement ASK modulation using ADS. I tried multiplying the Pulse Voltage and Sinusoidal Voltage using a BJT according to the attached image. But this seems to be not working. I am getting only a zero voltage in the output. Can anyone please help me regarding this? Or suggest me if there is any better way to implement this?

Add a touch of bias via potentiometer.

Try reversing the positions of clock and signal.

The proportion of signal and bias shifts the output up or down. By experimenting you can discover the proper combination.

NPN admits signal On-Off supply is clock (signal is sinewave).png
