here is a practical article from microware & RF

anybody could tell us if those useful? it is so little.

Is this document useful to design any real LNA? I don't think so.

your can find the full article (3 part) there

Have a look at this article,

PREAMPLIFIER FOR 432MHZ AND 1296MHZ WITH MODERN HEMT-TRANSISTOR (design follows what the datasheet of atf54143 suggests)

**broken link removed**

I have simulated it, tuned it to my specs and built it (for 450MHZ). The gain obtained was exactly as predicted by the simulation (~23dB). Simulation was suggesting a noise figure of 0.2-0.3dB but I have not verified that yet.

I am an engineer who is developing LNA for IMT Band.

I use ATF-34143 of Agilient..
The spec is NF=0.8dB(typ), Gain=40dB.
The ATF34143's characteristic is very good but is not really..
I used 3stage Amp. ATF34143+EC1019+AH1.
The result is NF0.89, Gain=40dB...

ATF-54143 is much more expensive. I love ATF-10136.
