hi guys,
i am looking for a microcontroller which has the following properties:
-any ARM core
-few hundred kBytes FLASH
-very small BGA package (0.8mm pitch)
-lots of I2C channels: minimum 2, but 4 would be great
-low power (less than 50mA)
-8-10 analog inputs
-external 8bits parallel bus interface to connect to peripherals.
-8 GPIOs
-no need for usb or ethernet or memory interface. they would increase the pincount and the power consumption.

search in nxp they have one as you like. recently they send me a sample with similar characteristic lpc3250 but have 2 i2c bus
lpc2378 have arm7 3 i2c ports a 512kb of flash minibus of 8 bits but the packaging is lqpf 144 if its not escencial the packaging this could by a good choice
let my now if it serve you
sorry for my English

thanks, it looks good.
but a bga would be really needed, we make very dense boards with 30+ BGAs, sometimes microvias.

u can have a look at LPC2368 also
IT has LQFP and TFBGA packages also

Features :

1.512KB flash
2.6 analog inputs
3.3 I2C interfaces
4.USB,ETHERNET interfaces even though u don't nedd them
5.4 serial ports

hi

now i am looking for an ARM7 microcontroller in the smallest possible package.
For example 6*6mm BGA 0.8mm pitch, min 256k flash and min 32k RAM, 8 Analog channels, 14GPIOs (to use as an external bus interface to the FPGA which will contain some peripherals) and nothing else.
