ARM help nand flash ?

hiii ,

arm microcontroller like s3c2440A ,s3c2440x , at91sam9260
have a external nand flash

i write my program in c language by keil arm (led flasher )

and i want to put my code in external nand flash
did i must have program a internal rom for arm micrcontroller. or just download code in nand flash by jtag?????

It depends on your HW,you can put it into SDRAM or SRAM if you want, check out the documentation of your board for that. No one here can help you without you sending more info about your board. There are 1000s of boards using those processors and they are all different.
