Are solar panels toxic?
Are there any solar modules using toxic materials?
 

I have never tried eating a solar panel. I have also never grinded one so that its dust goes all over the place.
Are you concerned because your neighbour had all his old solar panels removed from his roof and were thrown into a bin on his driveway? Then the dust goes all over the place.
 

Yingli have a very good reputation, I've never heard of the others.

Toxic? - no more so than any other electronic equipment.
