I have a question about this schematic.
How to connect 5v and Vin pins from Arduino?
Do I need some external power supply?
I see there is 3,3v and 12,6v, but where to get 5v?
(in my eyes this is no schematic)
It seems this picture is somewhere from an internet project.
I recommend to read through this internet article and/or contact the author.

Arduino Nano has on-board 7805 voltage regulator and can be supplied with 12V. Other 5V circuit can be supplied through Arduino if the current consumption is low, e.g. no display backlight.
Datasheet spec is 7-12V, but 7805 can stand much higher voltage. Problem is regulator power dissipation, you can't supply large external load from Arduino nano 5V output. I would try and check the regulator temperature. It has overload protection, no risk to burn it.
