i have a MEMS IC running on electrostatic actuation (voltage up to 50V)
current consumption is negligible
what approach is best to build the voltage amplifier?
let say my input voltage is just 5V/9V/12V
i want to drive my MEMS from 8V to 50V adjustable
can anybody provide circuit, which IC to use...etc? is there any specific high voltage amplifier IC?
i also notice in maxim website what they call as digital potential meter. is that a good candidate to be used too? after a brief look, i still not sure is it suitable to utilize such IC.
