Hi,
I'm programming smart card as in the attachment.
I need to write a 1F00 file, but it is read and write protected (chv1 and chv2 keys).
Cart is new and I don't have any information about values of chv1 and chv2.
When I'm trying to verify chv1 key (with for example 0000 or 1111 number) I get response of SW1 = 0x98 and SW2 = 0x08. It is described in gsm11.11 standard as "in contradiction with CHV status" error. The curious thing is that it doesn't block the CHV1 after 3 false attempts. It looks like the CHV1 and CHV2 keys were disabled but when I try to enable them, I have to give the current CHV1 or CHV2 value. If I try to enable for example CHV1 with wrong key number, It blocks the card after 3 false attempts.
