any working example of serial com. to P89LPC9221

Hello every one,
I tried many times with many options to configure p89LPC9221 UART but it didn't work. i even got a complete code from CodeArchitect.org but also didn't work fine.
some times I send one character and the uC repeats it infinity times. other time it sends only the first character ... and so on

so does any one have a working code (sending , receiving and using interrupts) ?
