Does any one have a book that explains simple the OFDM?
 

I guess you are asking for tutorial which explain the very fundamental of OFDM. Go to www.complextoreal.com . I have my very very initial idea from there.
 

Yes, in this website, there is a document named "ofdm Tutorial.pdf", it is a very good paper for new OFDMer.
