Hi guys,
Like the title of this topic, just want to know is there any pull high resistor needed on RX (pin 9) and TX (pin 10) on MAX3232?

Then how bout max3485? Any pull up resistor needed for TX and RX?

Just want to know the normal application for max3232 and max3485. Because I saw some design which go pull up resistor on TX and RX.

Yes, you will need to add 2 * 47K resistors to pull up and put down the data line, and It would be better if you add 2*P6KE6.8 between data lines and GND to protect the ICs, also you should be added 120Ohm as terminator resistor on the end of data line.

Do you have any schematics for that?
