I have to optimizate various on-chip inductor (planar spiral) in order to get the desired device. To my knowledge, softwares as Ansoft HFSS and Agilent ADS
have simuation and optimization capibililties.
Is there any convenient ways to export these simulated inductors to GDSII layout?

Thankyou!

I know that people use this : **broken link removed** for inductor optimization. I don't know about importing it into a layout for an IC. I'm not sure if that can be done. But I'm sure the inductor isn't that big so you can create it manually.

ADS and HFSS are good too, but from what I understand the software above is easy and fast.
