I found "VLSI for Wireless Communication" by Bosco Leung is good to start with.

You could try also:

Microwave Transistor Amplifier: Analysis and Design by Guillermo Gonzales

Hope this will help.
 

Pozar's Microwave Engineering has a good section for the basics of LNA design too.

It does not discuss different topologies though, just from a S-Parameter
point of view.
