Any alternatives to HC12 (>=3 OC, >=2IC) ?

I'm looking for alternatives to
HC12/11 with 3 and more 16bit timer
output compares with pin auto-set/clear
functions.
 

Alternative to HC12

Mitsubishi M16 series is very rich with timers. It has auto reload function.
Only bad think with M16 is they do not have EEPROM on the board.
I currently use M16C10 derivative. The best compiler for it is IAR one.
I did cros check three compilers NC30, IAR and Tasking.
IAR is by far the best one. NC30 is garbage. Tasking - medium class.

Also take a look at the Hitachi H8S series
They have also great stable processors
