I have been searching online for some “Rules of thumb” dealing with amplifier circuits phase response with no luck. When does the phase shift of an amplifier circuit need to be addressed?

When you e. g. enter phase margin in wikipedia, you immediately get some meaningful rules of thumb. This online search took me about 30 seconds.
