Guys need your advice...

My company would like to upgrade an analog pabx system...

I'm no good in electronic communication...

What are specs that need to be considered in upgrading or buying such an analog PABX system. Currently my company use ALcatel Lucent analog Pabx system.

I had surf Alcatel Lucent Website but did not found any spec sheet or any information that might help me understanding more on the analog PABX System.

Therefore I'm much appreciate if somebody in this forum can help me on this.
