I have an ESCON 70/10 controller from Maxonmotor, which have analog output -4 ... +4 V.
I wan't this output connect to analog input from Siemens S7 - 1200 PLC which have 0 ... +10V.
I have searched and didn't find any circuit which would work as amplifier.
I would like to ask if is even possible to make a such circuit, if it is I would be thankful if anyone tell me how, where to search or which component would be needed to realize this.
Output on controller is -4V ... +4V 10mA.
Input on PLC is 0 ... +10V 10mA.
I have seen on software for controller that voltage can be changed, so it could be 0 ... 4V but its still not 10V to have max. analog signal.
How could I amplified analog signal? If possible ..?

A single potentiometer mixes in +10V to lift your AC signal up into the positive region.
This assumes you have +10V available, and your signal can sink a few mA.
The 1M resistor is unnecessary. It indicates how the output is referenced to 0V ground. Or substitute your load which conducts 10mA according to your specs, and adjust values to suit.
I started investigating OPAMP - LM324, seems like this would work perfectly.
I have 24V power supply, should I give any capacitor at power supply?
In the picture i have an calculation and circuit scheme, i think this would work, if anyone thinks i have made any mistake please tell me.
