Hi there,

I would like to design some behavioral model for analog circuit. However, the intention for the model is not only meant for fuctional checking only but should including some critical analog characteris like, input and output impedance, current consumption and etc.

Please kindly provide your view here about what kind of characteristics that you think that are important for analog model (by AMS language) if you would wish to check your design by the behavioral model.

Any useful input is welcomed.
