Hello everyone,
A group of mates and I are trying to implement this paper View attachment 05719144.pdf in our project, This paper presents the design in 90nm Technology.

We are trying to recreate the same on Cadence using gpdk180 (i.e 180nm technology), We are having trouble with the Current mirror design and the design principles needed for the W/L ratios.
Also, Since we are going a technology above, If the W/L values as given in 90nm technology are used in gpdk180, they should be able to reproduce a fairly good result right?

I'll be checking here for any replies! Please ask, If any query, I'll get deeper into problem we are facing.

Thanks a lot!
