Hi all,

I'm trying to build one 3-stage opamp with gain of 110db and UGB of 600Mhz in
mosfet(0.6u),but at the 3rd stage the current I'm getting is 185mA by
hand calculation. Is it possible to do this design with this much
current and also whether the MOS could give these much bandwidth.

Regards,

Rah
